There are no short-cuts to ball mastery or game intelligence! From a soccer perspective, if our goal is to have skillful, creative and intelligent players at 15-18 years of age, then we must work our way backwards through each developmental stage and focus on mastering the skills and tactical concepts for that stage. The Raiders TC curriculum provides age-appropriate content and methodologies to optimize player development at each critical stage in the players life.

A good coach sees in you, what you can’t see in yourself. Our coaches understand that true success is not measured by wins and losses but through the growth of the players. We strive to build trust with the players, unlock their potential, create commitment and assist them in setting and executing their developmental goals.
